SECURITY LEVEL I-II CERTIFICATION
The Level 1 & 2 Training Course is only required
for commissioned and non-commissioned security officer applicants. Certification $50.00.
SECURITY TRAINING LEVEL III CERTIFICATION
The Level 3 Training Course is required for all commissioned security officers and personal protection
officers. This training course must be taken through a licensed Level 3 Training School and taught by a licensed Level 3
Instructor. Certfication $125.00. Re-certfication $65.00.
SECURITY TRAINING LEVEL IV CERTIFICATION
The Level 4 Training Course is required for all personal protection officers. This training course must be taken
through a license Level 4 Training School and taught by a licensed Level 4 Instructor. Certfication $225.00.Re-Certification

Asp
Tactical Baton Certification
This 8 hour course is designed to acquaint participants with operational use of the ASP Tactical Baton. The training
includes basic portation (carrying), presentation (drawing), techniques, as well as defensive strikes, use of force and report
writing. Certification acknowledges that the individual officer met competency based standard of knowledge and performance
regarding the ASP Tactical Baton. We provide Tactical Batons for Certification. Recommended Re-certification every two years. We are product trainers for
ASP. Initial Certification Fee: $50.00, Re-certification Fee: $35.00.
Pepper Spray (OC) Certification
This 4hr intermediate weapon certification course includes instruction in a classroom presentation and hands on
use on chemical agents. The officer will be exposed to a contaminated environment to test their reactions. From a tactical
standpoint officers will be made aware that the use of chemical agents should always be given consideration as a less lethal
force option. Officers will be Voluntarily Exposed to different types of Pepper Spray’s (Defense Technologies Products,
Fox, Sabre, Cap-Stun etc.) And their adverse reaction on individuals. We provide
Inert and Duty Pepper Spray for Certification. Recommended Re-certification every two years. We are product trainers for Defense Technologies, Fox, Sabre, Cap-stun. Initial
Certification Fee: $50.00, Re-certification Fee: $35.00
First
Aid & Cpr Certification
This 8 hour course will certify the student as a first and CPR practitioner through the American Red Cross. Recommended
Re-certification every two years. Initial

Defensive Tactics (Tactical Handcuffing, Weapon Retention, Take Down Tactics, Pressure Points)
This 8 hour Combative course will cover, weapon retention, tactical speed handcuffing considerations on close quarter
combat confrontations, pressure points, striking tactics, combat fitness-using the 30-60-90 Second survival mindset and use
of force concerns. One-officer and multiple subjects cuffing tactics. The use of different types of tactical handcuffing stances.
Knife and Ground Defense Tactics, analysis of types of knives used to commit assaults against police officers. Fitness v.
Wellness Recommendations. Recommended Re-certification
every two years. Initial Certification Fee: $50.00, Re-certification Fee:
$35.00
Non-Violent Conflict Resolution
This 4 hour course will cover proper communication skills, use of force, non-violent
resolution strategies, prevention of sexual harassment, use on less-lethal weapons, proper reporting of incidents to law enforcement.
Recommended re-certification every two years. Initial Certification $35.00.
This 10
hour course will cover, general licensing requirements, use of force issues, weapons handling, non-violent conflict resolution
tactics, weapons storage and safety, shooting proficiency exam and civilian liability issues. ). Recommended re-certification
every 4 years. Certification Fee: $120.00, Re-certification Fee: $70.00
Taser C2 ( Civilian Use Electronic Control Device)
The
TASER C2 is a self-defense electronic control device. Electronic Control Devices (ECDs) use propelled wires or direct contact
to conduct energy to affect the sensory and motor functions of the nervous system. The TASER C2 uses a replaceable cartridge,
containing compressed nitrogen, to deploy two small probes that are attached to the TASER C2 by insulated conductive wires
with a maximum length of 15 feet (4.5 meters). The TASER C2 transmits electrical pulses along the wires and into the body
affecting the sensory and motor functions of the peripheral nervous system. The energy can penetrate up to two cumulative
inches of clothing.

training and expeience in personal protection services. Our PPO'S have served several tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan,
Kosovo and Macedonia and other countries. Our staff is composed of current or retired Law Enforcement Officers with a vast
background in Firearms Proficiency, Evasive Driving, Self-Defense and Urban Assaults.
Thin Blue Line provides protection services to
executives, celebrities, athletes, entertainers, political and public figures, corporations, various organizations and other
clientele. Our services are available to clients
during business meetings, traveling, social events, television and movie set locations, award shows, promotional
tours, autograph signings, fashion shows, concerts, sporting events, and other activities.
