Welcome, we have been training and certifying police officers,security guards in specialized high liability employment related tasks since 1991. we have trained hundreds of individuals in all the areas listed on this site and more.We specialize in certifications for the agencies use of force training programs.

I Would like to encourage you to attend one of our courses. My staff instructors are career trainers and specialize in the areas mentioned in this site. They have served several tours of duty oversees in operations in Iraq, Kosovo, Afghanistan and other countries as contract workers. I am a career trainer, special program trainer and a product trainer for different manufacturers. I have over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience in all areas of police work.

I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy Internationally Recognized Law Enforcement Training Program (201st session).

Our training programs have been proven to be defensible in local , state and federal courts. Our main concern is that our training strategies work out in the street when the "street confrontation" ocurrs.

ADJUNCT INSTRUCTORS ON STAFF :

Our staff instructors are subject matter experts on the respective fields they train. We only endorse Instructors that have training and experience in the fields they train. Each instructor has gained skills and knowledge through numerous years as police officers and as trainers with their respective departments. They have been S.W.A.T. Commanders, Training Coordinators, Investigators, Special Crime Investigators, Negotiators, Narcotic Officers, Internal Affairs Investigators, Sergeants, Liuetenants and Chiefs of police.

They hold TCLEOSE, DPS,PSB instructor credentials and numerous other instructor certifications. They were also trainers with DYNACORP, and other Oversee Contract agencies. We have trained police officers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and are coordinating training in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas. We are adjunct instructors with Internationally Recognized training organizations such as T.M.P.A., T.R.C.P.I., and numerous other organizations.

We provide real training through experience, not through reading police articles. We do not cut corners in training.

Our Instructors have developed their training skills and knowledge through experiencing what works or doesn't out on the streets. All our instructors are active Texas Peace Officers.
